On March 5, MTU Yuchai Power Company Limited, a joint venture of Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems, celebrated the 10th anniversary of their cooperation and held a ceremony for the 2000th engine rolling off the line. This important milestone not only signifies the further deepening of the friendly cooperation between Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems but also demonstrates the confidence and determination of both parties to work together to promote the sustainable development of the joint venture.

At the celebration, Dr. Jörg Stratmann, CEO of Rolls-Royce Power Systems, and Li Hanyang, Chairman of Yuchai, delivered speeches for the 10th anniversary of cooperation and unveiled the 2000th engine.

Dr. Jörg Stratmann stated in his speech that since the first negotiation between Rolls-Royce Power Systems and Yuchai, great achievements have been made in the first phase of the joint venture project. The outstanding product quality, excellent service capability, rigorous work attitude, as well as our firm and amicable partnership based on mutual trust, are crucial factors for our success. He emphasized that China is a very important market for Rolls-Royce Power Systems and expressed his hope for further deepening cooperation with Yuchai in the future to achieve even greater breakthroughs in our future collaborations.

Li Hanyang said that the joint venture has achieved great success, and the key lies in the fact that the two parent companies have shared common goals and ideas since the beginning of their cooperation. Throughout the collaboration, Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems have maintained a sincere and open attitude. Last year, Li's first meeting and exchange in Shanghai with Dr. Jörg Stratmann went smoothly, and they reached a consensus on further deepening cooperation. Li was confident that the cooperation between both parties will be even more perfect in the future, and together they will make the joint venture bigger and stronger.

Over the past decade, the cooperation between Yuchai and Rolls-Royce Power Systems has yielded fruitful results.
